Freedom Stomp Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the Freedom Stomp online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies presented at checkout.

Products and orders
Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and promotions may change. We may reject or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, legal restrictions, or other legitimate operational concerns. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the applicable refund.

Preorders
Freedom Stomp Sandals may be sold as preorders. Estimated preorder processing is approximately 2–4 weeks and is not a guaranteed shipment date. Tracking will be emailed when the order ships. Cancellation terms are stated in our Return, Refund, Preorder, and Cancellation Policy.

Shipping
Free standard shipping is available only to supported destinations for which checkout displays a valid rate. Transit begins after shipment and varies by destination. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related destination-country charges.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it for unlawful activity, or infringe intellectual-property or other rights.

Intellectual property
Store content, branding, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Freedom Stomp and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Freedom Stomp is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses where exclusion is lawful. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes
We may update these terms prospectively. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
