Freedom Stomp Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Free standard shipping is offered only to supported destinations configured at checkout. An available checkout rate is the authoritative confirmation that we currently ship to a destination. We do not promise delivery to countries for which checkout does not provide a valid rate.

Order processing
Orders are prepared for shipment after purchase. Tracking information will be emailed when the order ships.

Transit and tracking
Transit time begins after shipment and varies by destination. Tracking will be emailed when available after the order ships.

International charges
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related destination-country charges. These charges are not included in our shipping rate and are nonrefundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Delays and delivery problems
Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, address errors, or other circumstances outside Freedom Stomp's reasonable control may occur. Contact shvateam@gmail.com regarding material delivery problems, and we will review the circumstances and assist where reasonably possible.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact shvateam@gmail.com promptly if an address correction is needed; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
